Who
WE ARE
DO Income Fund
DO = Duty Obligates
Human happiness and moral duty are inseparably connected
– George Washington
Our principals and management team have a combined 30+ years of experience, over $500 Million in personal transaction volume, and over $2 Billion in managed transaction volume
What has all this experience taught us?
Put people first and
money will follow
We put our Investors, Team, and Borrowers first in everything we do. In fact, we have completely flipped the traditional "buy and foreclose" model of distressed real estate debt on its head! We work closely with every borrower to come up with creative solutions focused on a quick resolution.
how well does
it work?
This "people first" focus has allowed our principals to provide above-average returns to investors for over a decade while also keeping more than 80% of borrowers from ever seeing a Foreclosure Auction!!
More than 80%! We are not aware of any other team that can make such a claim.
